Making contact is often the hardest part, and it doesn't require you to have things worked out first. A few lines about what has brought you here is enough.
I read every enquiry personally and reply within two working days.
Get in Touch
What you write here is held confidentially and used only to respond to your enquiry. See the privacy policy for how your information is stored and for how long.
What happens next
I'll reply to arrange an initial consultation at a time that suits you. This first meeting is free of charge and carries no obligation to continue — it gives us both a sense of whether the work feels right before anything longer-term is decided.
Practical details
Sessions take place at 8 Hop Gardens, London WC2N 4EH, a few minutes from Leicester Square station.
Online sessions are available for those who prefer or need to meet remotely.
If you would rather write directly than use the form, you can reach me at calum@ariadnepractice.com.
Confidentiality
What is spoken about in our sessions stays between us.
The limited circumstances in which I might need to share information — where there is serious risk to you or another person — would be discussed with you at the outset.
I am in ongoing clinical supervision, in which patient material is discussed anonymously.
This is a standard requirement of psychotherapeutic practice and a safeguard on the quality of the work.
If you need urgent help
This practice is not an emergency service and I am not able to respond to enquiries outside of working hours.
If you need urgent support, contact your GP, call 111, or call the Samaritans free on 116 123, at any time of day or night.
If there is immediate risk to life, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E.
